  • Self check-in/check-out is available.
  • Keyless entry.
  • Beds are made with clean linens upon arrival.
  • Bed making, clean linens, towel sets, and starter supplies are included in the cleaning fee.

Property Access

  • The property is on the 2nd floor (2nd level). When you walk up the steps, it is on the left.
  • Storage is available in the downstairs garage area.

Beach Access

  • Private beach access is included with the condo complex.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve the home is 25 years. At least one member of the party must be 25 years or older and staying in the unit at all times.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events or parties allowed. If a party or event takes place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
  • If a party takes place on any reserved night, a $500 charge applies, no exceptions.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Maximum occupancy: 6 occupants. Children under two (2) sleeping in a crib do not count toward maximum occupancy. If more than 6 people are staying, a fee of $100 per person, per night applies.
  • Dog-friendly unit. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The pet fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact management for dog rules at the beach.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • Be respectful of the house, its contents, neighbors, and neighborhood.
